I try to base everything on what the student already knows and not the opposite. This way a student feels confident faster and can see that it is not necessary to learn an entire language but to know how to use, reuse, combine and remember the parts that will form a basis for progress. Learning can also be faster through the good organization so I emphasize connecting categories of words based on their use. Music is a great friend in learning. Acting is fun and a great help to memory through movement. Read less
